Select six numbers between 1 and 30 in any sequence you prefer per ticket. Alternatively, you can click on the "RANDOMIZE" icon located at the top of the ticket, and we will select the numbers for you.

With each product purchased, you will receive one complimentary entry to the Whishwheel (Try your Luck) draw.

The prizes for the draw vary and are based on the winner announcement during the launching date or draw date. The prize amounts for each position are as follows:

  • First Winner at the time of Draw: Prize of INR 1,00,00,000.00 (1 Crore)
  • Second Winner at the time of Draw: Prize of INR 10,00,000.00 (10 Lakh)Third Winner at the time of Draw: Prize of INR 1,00,000.00 (1 Lakh)
  • Fourth & Fifth Winner at the time of Draw: Prize of INR 10,000.00 (10 Thousand)
  • Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth & Tenth Winner at the time of Draw: Prize of INR 5,000.00 (5 Thousand)

By Entering the Draw, you agree to be legally bound by the Whishwheel Terms & Conditions, Rules and Privacy Policy.

The Whishwheel will conduct the draw to promote and increase our Brand Value in accordance will the Rules and Regulations by the Government of India. The Winner will be provided the option to choose the any Products of Whishwheel (Product-01 & Product-02) or receive the winning prize money in Cash, as per the announcement made during the LIVE event or on the Website’s Winners List.

Rules for Whishwheel

These Rules for Whishwheel (“Rules”) outline the various rules and procedures that apply when You participate in the Draw Games.

By participating in the Draw Games, you explicitly agree to abide by these Rules. We also have separate Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy, which We recommend that You read and understand before participating. Copies of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy can be found on the Whishwheel Website and Mobile App, when available.

These Rules, along with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between You and Whishwheel Your participation in the Draw Games. The Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy documents are hereby incorporated into, and form part of these Rules. By participating the Draw Games, you agree to be legally bound by the Whishwheel Terms & Conditions, Rules and Privacy Policy.

Game Rules

2.1 With every purchase of a product from the Whishwheel, customers will be given option, at the sole discretion of Whishwheel's management, to participate in the Whishwheel's draw as a complementary or add-on feature.

2.2 Products and/or Services will be available for purchase through the Platform at a price determined in accordance with the specific game’s rules, or as determined by us from time to time.

2.3 While selecting the number of products, customer have option to choose the numbers as described in 2.4. After making the selection, customers can proceed with the purchase. Along with the product purchase receipt, a Draw ticket as described in 2.4 will be automatically generated and sent to your Registered mobile number and email.

2.4 Selection of numbers and Draw ticket:

  1. During the draw, you will be provided with the option to manually select or generate random numbers ranging from 1 to 6 digits.
  2. Ticket will be generated with a fixed code representing Whishwheel, 5 variable characters (a combination of alphabets and numbers), and Selected 1 to 6 digits chosen by the customer as per 2.4 (a).

Example:

  1. If the customer selects the code “123456”
  2. The generated ticket number will be WW1-00AAA-123456
  3. In the above ticket number

WW1 – Refer to the Whishwheel draw ID, which remains constant throughout the specific draw.

00AAA – Refer to the variable characters automatically generated by the system for that particular draw.

123456 – Refer to the selected numbers in the order chosen by the Customer during the purchase.

2.5 Product Collection Guidelines

  1. Products

    1. Water bottles of 200ml can be purchased at the rates specified, with a maximum limit of 10 bottles during the draw period.
    2. Water bottles of 500ml are exclusively available for winners who choose to redeem their winning prize money in the form of products.

  2. Collection Point

    The product you have purchased can be collected from our designated point in Mandrem, Goa (403527) within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please take note of the following collection details:

    Collection Timing: 10am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday.

  3. Collection Instructions

    To ensure a smooth collection process, please follow these instructions:

    1. Bring the unique number or ticket number sent to your email or phone for verification purposes.
    2. Prior to collection, please send an email to connect@whishwheel.com to confirm the collection time and exact location.

2.6 Refund Policy

Their will be no refunds provided upon the purchase. The Customer are required to collect the product from the designated location as per the product collection guidelines outlined in the terms and conditions.

2.7 Prize Money

The prizes amount for the draw vary and are determined based on the winner announcement during the launching date or draw date. The prize amounts for each position are as follows:

2.8 In the event of multiple winning numbers or repeated ticket numbers, the prize money will be shared equally among the winners or distributed according to the guidelines set by Whishwheel management.

2.9 How to Withdraw/ Prize Money

The prize money will be awarded within 15 days from the announcement in the form of a cheque and/or as communicated during the live event to the winners. To withdraw your prize money, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Choose your preferred withdrawal method.
  2. Provide the necessary details to complete the withdrawal process.
  3. Congratulations on your win! It's time to play again!

Please note that specific instructions regarding the withdrawal process will be communicated to the winners.

2.10 Fraudulent Transactions

Any fraudulent transactions or attempts to manipulate the draw system will be legally dealt with. In such cases, the prize money to be refunded, and applicable damages to the company will be imposed, all in accordance with the rules and regulations.

2.11 Product Details and Limitation

  1. Product-01 - Water bottles of 200 ml

    A maximum of 10 bottles can be purchased during the draw period.

  2. Product-02 - Water bottles of 500 ml

This product will be provided to winners who choose Whishwheel's product as their winning prize. The unit rate of the Product is INR 1,000.00 (One Thousand Rupees Only), and the winner will receive an equivalent amount of their winning prize in Product-02.
